He has served as chief executive of accounting firms, research & development companies, real estate investment interests, and on the senior staff for three of America's largest churches.
Jeff Floyd, FAIA, a Seagrove Beach resident and property investor, with more than 30 years’ experience in architecture and strategic planning. As (former) President of John Portman & Associates, in Atlanta, Shanghai and Mumbai (Bombay), and prior to that, Managing Partner of Sizemore Floyd Architects of Atlanta, his experience spans over 60 million square feet of facilities, including the master planning for the 1996 Centennial Olympic Games in Atlanta.
Steve Bradley, Ph.D, a metro Atlanta resident and co-owner of a
beach villa in Destin, heads up The ALPHA Group, a firm offering strategic planning and advisory services to churches, academic institutions, and other non-profit organizations. He is also the co-founder of Camden Place Ltd., an information management consulting firm and Internet solutions provider that assists
Fortune 500 companies, as well as small and medium sized organizations in the U.S. and abroad. Board of

Jerry Melvin, a Fort Walton Beach resident and former “Dean of the Florida House of Representatives,” serving for 18 years. He is co-host on morning WFTW Radio Talk Show; Trustee of Coleman L. Kelly Testamentary Trust, a land trust with value of over $50 Million; and serves on numerous local and regional association boards. Previously he served as the managing executive of the Greater Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce, Okaloosa Island Authority and Home Builders Association of Okaloosa County.
Steve Welch, Esq., a resident of Niceville, leads a law practice focusing on estate planning, real estate development and financing, business and tax planning, and middle-level market mergers and acquisitions. He also trains churches and charities in the areas of stewardship and strategic planning principles.
Bill Lewis, a Birmingham resident with a second home in Grayton Beach, was a 15-year partner in Slaughter Hanson, a nationally recognized advertising and
branding firm, until his retirement in 2003. He has over 30 years’ experience in advertising and corporate branding for Fortune 500 and regional clients as well as non-profit organizations. He now spends his time on civic and arts boards.
