A Real Voice for Property Values on the Emerald Coast

Decisions made by government leaders, insurance companies and other groups have a dramatic impact on the value of our coastal properties. Owners feel frustrated, isolated and powerless to bring about favorable change on their own. Can any one of us afford the time and money it would take to represent ourselves individually concerning the critical property issues that we now are facing?

Coastal Property Owners Association (CPOA) has been created to provide a combined and compelling voice that will be heard by the decision makers who daily impact the values of our properties. Under the leadership of its Board and staff, CPOA will:

• Identify issues that impact our property values,
• Meet with decision makers and advocate member interests,
• Communicate with and for members regarding items which impact their property,
• Create a forum for members to interact and benefit from the experiences of other members, and
• Inform members of strategies to reduce property costs and to increase property values.

Coastal Property Owners Association will leverage the collective influence of our members to hold decision makers accountable for past actions and future plans.  Join us to make a positive impact on the value and the viability of your property investment.
